OUR PROCESS
Our raw, packaged, store branded chicken is not injected with any flavors. Our ground chicken contains rosemary for preservation. We do produce flavor injected whole chickens for use in rotisserie programs at some grocery stores. Please contact the store you shop at for available flavors in the rotisserie area.
mRNA vaccines are not designed for poultry use; therefore, none of our chickens are given mRNA vaccines.
We do not vaccinate our chickens with the COVID vaccine.
Our chicken is processed, packaged, and shipped the same day, making our chicken fresh, never frozen. However, we cannot control if product is frozen once received by the retail store.
On average, our chickens are processed at 42 days old.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to sell and ship products directly to consumers.

OUR CHICKENS
Our organic chickens are fed an all-vegetable, certified organic feed and they receive outdoor access. All our chickens, organic and all-natural, are Global Animal Partnership Step 2 certified and antibiotic free. Our chickens are fed an all-vegetable diet that is composed mostly of corn and soybeans.
Our organic chickens are provided outdoor access only when the Indiana State Board of Animal Health allows for outdoor access. Our all-natural chickens are not provided outdoor access.
Our chickens cannot be labeled as pasture raised. However, our organic chickens do qualify for the USDA definition of free range as they are free to roam in barns with outdoor access.
Our processing plant is certified USDA Organic by MOSA out of Viroqua, Wisconsin. Our organic farms are certified USDA Organic through A-BEE Organics under Where Food Comes From.
Our organic chickens are fed a non-GMO diet, due to the grain being USDA Certified Organic. Our all-natural chickens are fed a diet that is from GMO grains.
NUTRITION
Our all-natural chicken is not non-GMO. Our USDA Certified Organic chicken is non-GMO.
Our chicken is not kosher or halal.
The only added ingredient found in our ground chicken is rosemary, which is a natural preservative.
All our chicken is gluten free.
There are no animal by-products used in the production of our chicken, mammal included.
The casing is made of plant cellulose but is removed prior to packaging. Therefore, there is no casing on the chicken sausages and are sold as “skinless-without casings” sausage.
Yes, all our chicken sausages are gluten free.
We encourage using the product within 1-2 days of the sell by date. When preparing the product, we encourage using your best judgment if the product is still good. You can also freeze the product prior to the sell by date.
Our fresh, branded retail packages do not have carrageenan in them. There are no added flavorings in the fresh, branded retail packages. The naturally flavored whole chicken flavor injected for use in store rotisserie programs do have carrageenan in them.
