- 4 Katie’s Best chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F. Pat chicken thighs dry and brush with olive oil.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl, and add the chicken thighs, making sure the mixture covers both sides. Place thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side up.
- Fry in the preheated air fryer until chicken is brown and juices run clear, about 15-18 minutes. If you are not sure if your chicken is cooked thoroughly, use a thermometer! Just make sure the center of the chicken is at least 165 degrees F.
